Piotr Grzelczak

Bartosz Fogel

Attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław having a professional experience of over 15 years.

Bartosz specializes in advising on matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes and the execution of construction investments, including those in the renewable energy sector (RES). He has extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions, both for Polish and foreign entities, especially involving the purchase or sale of large-scale wind and photovoltaic farm projects.

Within GFP Legal Law Firm, Bartosz is also responsible for providing advice on food and pharmaceutical law. His clients include food producers as well as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical companies. He has extensive experience in organizing production, distribution, sales, advertising, and promotion processes for food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, and medicines.

Bartosz is also an experienced litigation lawyer, with a particular focus on representing clients in court disputes related to the implementation or settlement of construction investments. He successfully represents clients before regulatory authorities, including in matters of obtaining licenses (license promises) for the production of electricity from wind or photovoltaic power plants.

Bartosz is an academic lecturer and publishes articles in professional journals such as Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna, and Kwartalnik Prawo Budowlane. He also comments on legal issues for the Polish television, PortalSpożywczy.pl and Wirtualna Polska.

Mikołaj Domagała

Mikołaj is the author of numerous scientific articles and co-author of collective studies in the field of personal data protection or new technologies. He completed postgraduate studies in the field of new technology law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Monika Kozłowska

Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny) at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors.

Monika specializes in ongoing legal support for businesses, particularly entities operating in the industrial, automotive, services, and e-commerce sectors. Her practice focuses on advising in compliance, personal data protection (GDPR), anti-money laundering (AML), competition law, and contract law.

She combines legal expertise with a practical understanding of business processes, helping clients identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial relationships. Monika also advises on civil, commercial, and labor law, especially in the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

She has experience working with joint-stock companies and HR, procurement, and compliance departments, providing comprehensive legal support for day-to-day business operations. A significant part of her practice involves advising German-speaking clients and entities conducting business in Poland in cross-border relations.

Waldemar Woźniak

Attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław having a professional experience of over 11 years.

Waldemar specializes in advisory with regard to business and contract law with special focus on construction law and public procurement regulations. He has extensive experience in advising on infrastructural investments. For nearly 8 years Waldemar provided comprehensive legal services in favor of the Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad), including advisory concerning the design and construction of the S5 Motorway (Wrocław-Poznań) and the S3 Motorway (Legnica-Lubawka). Ewa Kuczyńska

Attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław having a professional experience of over 6 years.

Ewa specializes in advisory with regard to personal data protection and new technologies, as well as in contract and commercial law. She completed postgraduate studies in law and information technology at the Toulouse University in France and worked in the French Ministry of Agriculture in the information systems’ security department. In 2020 she completed postgraduate studies for personal data protection officers at Górnośląska Wyższa Szkoła Handlowa (GWSH) in Katowice. She is a member of the Association of Data Protection Practitioners.

As part of her work at GFP Legal Ewa is a head of personal data protection practice. Ewa is responsible for conducting implementations of GDPR, including risk management. She performs data protection audits for our clients and helps them achieve compliance with the existing legal regulations. Furthermore, Ewa provides consultancy with regard to ongoing issues in the field of personal data protection law.

Moreover, Ewa advises clients in the field of food law, in particular on alcohol law issues. She is also involved in advisory with regard to company law.

Łukasz Markowski

Certified tax advisor, registered on the list of tax advisors under number 12426.

Łukasz has many years of experience in tax law consultancy, including:

• implementation of restructuring projects of business entities,
• ongoing tax support for financial and accounting departments,
• documenting transactions carried out between related entities,
• representation of taxpayers in tax, control and administrative court proceedings.

As part of GFP Legal, Łukasz is responsible for providing ongoing tax advice to the firm’s clients.

Małgorzata Kozłowska

Attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław having a professional experience of over 10 years.

Małgorzata specializes in advisory with regard to intellectual property, personal data protection and information security (including cybersecurity), in particular in IT and new technologies’ sector. At GFP Legal she is also responsible for advisory concerning labor law.

Łukasz Klaus

A legal trainee at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wroclaw with several years of professional experience.

Łukasz specializes in advisory with regard to business and contract law with special focus on construction law and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal support to SMEs, including companies operating in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. As an in-house lawyer, he held positions within the governing bodies of development companies, coordinating investment projects and overseeing corporate legal matters.

At GFP Legal Łukasz is responsible for providing day-to-day legal services to commercial law companies.

Łukasz completed postgraduate studies in corporate law at the University of Wroclaw and continues to develop his expertise in legal risk management.

Bernadetta Kuryś

Bernadetta is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences.

As part of GFP Legal Bernadetta provides support in administrative matters. She is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the office, managing correspondence, handling client meetings and telephone contacts with courts and authorities.
