Technological progress, new legal regulations and changing consumer preferences often cause entrepreneurs to adopt new business strategies, in which mergers and acquisitions (M&A) play a significant role. M&A processes include mergers of companies, changes in the companies\u2019 ownership structure, sale transactions involving enterprises as well as transformations of companies and transformations of individual businesses into companies.<\/p>\n
