We help banks properly fulfill their registration and reporting obligations, representing clients in contacts with the Financial Supervisory Commission (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego \u2013 KNF), the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Urz\u0105d Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsument\u00f3w \u2013 UOKiK) or other regulatory authorities.<\/li>\n<li>We provide ongoing corporate services to cooperative banks. We advise on the creation or modification of corporate documentation and the optimal formulation of statutes, bylaws and internal procedures of banks. We not only support boards of directors and their subordinate divisions, but also provide support to supervisory boards and in connection with representative meetings. <\/li>\n<li>We assist cooperative banks in the process of creating and implementing new banking products or in modifying products already offered, including the preparation of related documentation (bylaws, model contracts for customers, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>We assist cooperative banks in purchasing processes, including in the context of banking outsourcing.  We review and negotiate contracts, in particular contracts for the purchase of goods, provision of services, construction work or implementation of IT systems.<\/li>\n<li>We support cooperative banks in the absorption of new technologies, including solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI), taking into account the specifics of the banking sector.  <\/li>\n<li>We assist cooperative banks in personnel matters, providing full support to HR departments. We prepare employment contracts, management contracts, as well as non-competition and confidentiality agreements. We provide support in the development, implementation and modification of labor regulations, salary and bonus regulations, regulations of the company&#8217;s social benefit fund, and intra-company policies and procedures.
